You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of product receipt. Returns are free of charge for customers in the United States.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our Service Center via email with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label along with a tracking number, so you can monitor the return process until completion.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If preferred, you may opt for a free product exchange instead of a refund. If the replacement product is of higher value, you will be responsible only for the price difference.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

7. Damaged or Defective Goods
